Responsibilities - Accounting Clerk:

• Assist with billing and processing of purchased products
• Check Writing for refunds to customers
• Preparing and tracking all toll violations for loaner fleet
• Prepare deposits and reconcile with accounting

Qualifications and Requirements - Accounting Clerk:

• Previous Automotive Accounting Admin experience is preferred
• Must have general accounting, bookkeeping and mathematics knowledge for data entry assignments
• Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required
• Good communication and customer service skills are a must!
• Computer proficient and detailed oriented
• Sensitivity to confidential matters is required as this candidate may assist with many functions of the accounting office.
• Must maintain a professional appearance, a neat work area, and reliable attendance
• Team player with positive attitude
