What you'll do:
As the Receiving Team Lead, you'll coach and lead our receiving team though the daily plan: scanning, sorting, bin slotting, and processing fresh cut flowers and plants. You'll coach and support the receiving team and living our leadership expectations through leading as a Good Coach, Good Communicator, who is Productive & Results Oriented, and Empowers the Team and Creates an Inclusive Team Environment.
When You'll Work: Tuesday-Friday 7am-5:30pm (or when finished).
