Who We Are

Lemonlight is a video production agency headquartered in sunny Los Angeles, with offices in Chicago, New York, and Miami. We are a growing startup on a mission to create high-quality affordable video content around the world.

The Role

We're looking for a Production Coordinator with experience working on digital commercials. In this role, you will work with the Producers to ensure that all aspects of production are organized and sourced throughout the life of the project.

The right candidate will be highly motivated, resourceful, organized, with high attention to detail. You must be able to multi-task and quickly pick up new concepts while maintaining an upbeat and positive relationship with coworkers.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and book crew members around the country
• Source and book talent
• Secure gear, locations, and other on-set production requirements
• Manage and input invoices after the work is completed

What You Bring:

• 2 years of production experience
• On-set production experience is a plus
• A deep understanding of production and post-production processes
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion
• Ability to track budgets on projects
• Proficiency with Google Suite
