WORK REQUIREMENTS
• The Contractor Team shall assist with continuous monitoring of IT systems that are required to sustain Sponsor accreditation of these systems.
• The Contractor Team shall coordinate engineering projects including performing technical risk assessment, de-conflict implementations, and resolve technical questions or conflicts.
• The Contractor Team shall deploy and maintain network systems.
• The Contractor Team shall diagnose network issues and follow troubleshooting procedures for restoring the network to optimal performance levels
• The Contractor Team shall gather performance and utilization metrics from infrastructure components and proactively inform the Sponsor when defined thresholds are met.
• The Contractor Team shall guide networking engineering efforts in the hardware, software, and virtual infrastructure domain. REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE The Contractor Team shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience: • Demonstrated experience analyzing existing systems and identifying necessary corrective actions and improvements.
• Demonstrated experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting gold image hard drives.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and performing security testing.
• Demonstrated experience creating network topology diagrams.
• Demonstrated experience designing, configuring and troubleshooting Routing and Switching systems (Cisco expertise required).
• Demonstrated experience implementing L2 and L3 VPN across an MPLS network.
• Demonstrated experience installing, maintaining, and configuring Aspera Enterprise Server and Aspera P2P.
• Demonstrated experience performing configuration and management of automation solutions
• Demonstrated experience performing configuration and management of Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) and vRealize Suite.
