Responsibilities Noblis ESI is seeking a Risk Engineer with an ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph for their Chantilly, VA location: -Serve as program support to the government Systems Engineering team with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects
-Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities. -Participate in IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, and PMRs -Coordinate and review Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) responses, assessments, and positions to include preparing briefings, capturing results -Update risk reporting and decision-making documentation in support of Board Reviews and Working Group meetings -Interact with multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs) and facilitate RIO and action closure with Acquisition Offices and users -Collaborate with Digital Engineering team to integrate MBSE-based processes -Serve as technical expert in their assigned area -Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross tower coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers Qualifications Noblis ESI is seeking a Risk Engineer for their Chantilly location -Bachelor's degree in a STEM field -Experience in Project and Systems Engineering, with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC -Minimum of one year of experience leading a team or managing staff. -Demonstrated ability to conduct risk review boards and assist in executing the RIOM process is support of current and proposed programs -Experience with core Systems Engineering Disciplines (Requirements, Schedule, Risk, Readiness, System Closure, VV&T, etc.). -Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily -Track and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendars -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned -Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously -Expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment -Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills -Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph Desired -Master's Degree -Experience in transitioning policy, standards, guidance, methods, dashboards, and training to a digital engineering environment -Working knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle -Experience with systems engineering techniques and documentation -Analysis of current processes and practices, identify improvement opportunities, and implement identified improvements -Experience with an Enterprise RIOM Tool with data ingestion, reports production, and assessment generation - Working knowledge of and demonstrated experience with change management processes -Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP), Agile, Project Management, MBSE -Ability to operate effectively within various SETA, FFRDC, and Government lines of authority -Experience with RDNG/DOORs requirements database management/repository, Rhapsody, SysML applications, Confluence, Jira, or JSMART -Understand how system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle) -Experience in system integration and transition approaches to accommodate the End-to-End GEOINT, SIGINT or COMM lifecycle -Knowledge of National Ground or Space systems -Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders, civilians, and military officers -Be able to travel Client Engagement · Support and lead evolving business development efforts by applying technical and functional expertise to develop business solutions.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.
