The Assistant Manager, Scalable Support plays a crucial role in partnering with the Director, Merchant Monitoring in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the Merchant Monitoring Organization at LegitScript. The Assistant Manager, Scalable Support oversees people management responsibilities in leading Merchant Monitoring’s Operations Support Specialist (OSA) team and staffing augmentation partnership, fostering a high performing team and a culture of collaboration. In conjunction with the Director, the Assistant Manager will drive, supervise and implement new processes that optimize the work of the OSA team and scalable support relationships.

What You'll Do:
  • With direction from the Director, this role will manage, guide, and coach a team of both temporary and permanent employees, fostering a positive work environment and high-performing team.
  • Assist in managing the working relationship with LegitScript’s third party staffing augmentation partner, ensuring an efficient and productive working relationship.
  • Communicate work requirements to third party staffing augmentation partner, with Director support, and proactively seek opportunities to maximize utilization.
  • With guidance from the Director, develop and maintain process-related documentation, including SOPs and job aids for the Scalable Support program.
  • Monitor team performance, ensure team meets goals, and communicate program health to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to maintain alignment in service delivery, deliver operational excellence and seek opportunities to optimize performance.
  • Lead employee 1:1s, performance evaluations, and team meetings.
  • Pursue additional knowledge and expertise through research, reading, and professional development opportunities.

  • Experience and/or desire for directly interacting with third-party partners, fostering productive partnerships.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Open to candidates with a 4-year college degree in business, analytics, or equivalent combination of education or experience. We value practical skills, strong work ethic, and passion for learning, regardless of formal education.

  • Two years of experience in the compliance-related role or industry
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Workbench, Google Suite
