  • The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team by providing guidance and assistance with pricing, contracts, and deal structuring. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all sales deals are structured in a way that is beneficial for the company while meeting the needs of the customer.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with sales teams to support the development and execution of sales deals
    • Analyze sales data to ensure the pricing and profitability of deals
    • Act as a sales-facing subject matter expert on internal process and pricing related matters
    • Create, update, and manage pricing models and recording of all deals and contracts.
    • Guide team to best pricing and deal structure to maximize revenue and delivery of an offering
    • Identify and report on trends and issues in deal pricing and structure
    • Support the development of sales strategies and tactics
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Attend forecast meetings and provide relevant updates
    • This candidate will work closely with the sales team, finance team, and other departments to ensure that all sales deals are structured in a way that is beneficial for the company while meeting the needs of the customer. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
