As an Operations Senior Systems Analyst you will be responsible for deploying and supporting Operations business applications. You will oversee planning, testing, training, and troubleshooting lifecycle process for the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Operations teams to uncover Warehouse Management System (WMS) business needs and liaison with IT or other groups to strategize and design system and process solutions.
• Perform needs analysis and then plan the system and process flows according to business rules and operational needs.
• Identify system and process issues to make viable options for productivity and accuracy. Write standard operating procedures for business documentation.
• Analyze data to identify gaps in process and system issues. Subsequently create continuous system and corresponding process improvements. Create enhancements that find better ways to do the work.
• Create formal written business cases for any high IT effort that offers higher dollar returns. Validate designs through testing and manage issue resolution process.
• Document changes, develop training material, and prepare users for change.
• Perform hands on end-user training prior to implementation and onsite assistance during implementation.
• Troubleshoot primary operations related systems issues or help guide the ticket process while collecting negative trends and offer solutions.

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or Equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree - Business or Supply Chain related field preferred
• 5 years required of progressive responsibility within a warehouse or distribution environment
• 3 years working with cross-functional teams on various projects
• 1 year overseeing direction, development, and implementation of warehouse management systems preferred
• Experience in project management, planning and completing on a large and small scale preferred
• Problem solving and process improvement in a LEAN culture
• Proficiency in warehouse computer hardware and software
• Experience with providing system process training within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Knowledge of system planning, testing, and troubleshooting methods
• Ability to influence from a change management perspective
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze workflow and processes
• Ability to exercise judgment about the most productive course of action
• Strong organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer and data analysis skills
• Ability to travel 25-50%
