Legal Staffing Solutions is Hiring a Litigation Attorney Near Greenwich, CT

A well-respected Greenwich CT law firm seeks a motivated Litigation Attorney to join their legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation cases and providing legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.

Duties:
- 0-4 years of CT civil litigation experience

- Academic excellence

- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Conduct depositions and gather evidence for cases
- Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Attend client meetings and consultations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and laws
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficient in Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw for legal research purposes
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client representation
- Ability to draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of [CT]
- Minimum [0] years of experience practicing litigation law
