WHAT DO YOU DO?

As a Maintenance Tech at Legacy Village, your typical day involves conducting preventive maintenance checks, addressing daily work orders promptly, and maintaining positive interactions with residents.

Your focus on the safety and security of our grounds, along with ensuring well-kept outdoor spaces, contributes to the overall well-being of our community.

To do this, you need :

• Knowledge and experience in physical plant maintenance and protection
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
