We are an upscale sneaker and clothing boutique that has been open since 2020. Starting in King of Prussia mall, we quickly built a reputation for being one of the best Sneaker Boutiques in the world by carrying all of the most popular brands in sneakers and clothing as well as some of the rarest shoes in the world. We currently operate our flagship location directly in front of the Empire State Building on 34th street in NYC. Our American Dream location will replicate our business model from our previous stores and continue to operate as one of the best Sneaker Boutiques out there!

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product knowledge

- Upsell and cross-sell additional products to increase sales

- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register

- Handle cash and credit card transactions while maintaining proper cash handling procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers

- Knowledge of Sneakers and Streetwear preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
