Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Promote sales and special promotions to customers
Skills:
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Point of Sale (POS) systems: Proficient in using POS systems to process transactions and manage inventory
- Retail sales experience: Previous experience in a retail setting, with knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Organizational skills: Ability to keep track of inventory, restock shelves, and maintain an organized sales floor
- Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus for assisting diverse customers
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Electronics sales knowledge: Familiarity with electronic products and the ability to provide product information to customers
