Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming customer calls, including service dispatching, tracking, and scheduling.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in computerized systems.
• Maintain customer files and provide necessary details to service technicians.
• Process work orders for salt and filter orders promptly and accurately.
• Schedule and follow up on annual maintenance customer accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to resolve customer issues.
• Attend training sessions and meet performance standards consistently.
• Perform other duties as required or requested.
