We are seeking an Experienced Roofing Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of industry experience, coupled with a proven track record in sales leadership. As the Roofing Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, mentoring sales representatives, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of roofing sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging teamwork, mutual support, and a shared commitment to success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance providers, contractors, and homeowners.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
