We are looking to add experienced sales professionals to our team. To be considered for this position, the ideal candidates will have:

• 2-3 years minimum RETAIL sales experience
• · A consultative, relationship-building sales style
• · A luxury mentality and desire to deliver the best client experience possible
• · Entrepreneurial drive and ability to effectively close sales
• · Passion for fine and designer jewelry
• · Enthusiasm for development -

Responsibilities to include:

• · Consult with clients on bridal and fine jewelry and wedding jewelry
• Meet and exceed all sales goals
• · Follow up on leads in a timely manner to close pending opportunities
• · Actively maintain a client base to increase opportunities for future sales
• · Learn all product lines, company processes and systems to deliver a seamless
• client experience - knowledge is power!
• · Participate in company and sales-team meetings - we are a learning culture and thrive on open communication
• Deliver a luxury client experience in language, appearance and actions
• Use technology to connect with clients and stay on top of trends and designers
• Adhere to and responsible for assigned work schedule
