- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and painting
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their longevity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in preparing units for move-in
- Ensure all work orders and maintenance records are properly documented
- Participate in on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
