Monarch Hotel and Conference Center is Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician - Hotel (FT) Near Clackamas, OR
We have a need for an experienced and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician preferably with previous Hotel experience.
The Hotel is open 24/7 - 365 Days a year - Maintenance is 7 Days a Week 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (NO GRAVEYARD OR ON CALL!)
Rate of Pay - $20 per hour - or - let's talk about it!Duties/Requirements:

Rate of Pay - $20 per hour - or - let's talk about it!Duties/Requirements:
- Inspect the hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests.
- Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. plumbing, etc.)
- Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies, and facilities (e.g. kitchens, pool).
- Understanding of preventive maintenance and necessary repairs, etc.
- Reliable, prompt, good customer service, friendly, professional appearance, excellent time management skills with attention to detail, and willing to learn.
