As an Administrator you are the heart of the facility and your contributions will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
