Hello!
My name is Naomi, I work with a Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Chicago, IL and we are looking for a full-time Center Administrator (LNHA) to join our team! 
Our company of Chicago provides several levels of care and senior living with 54 luxurious rooms in a state-of-the-art short-term rehabilitation center. The Administrator has the full responsibility and authority for the internal operation of the facility. MUST HAVE current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator’s License and/or Administrators temporary license. The Administrator must operate the facility according to all Facility policy and procedures, and State and Federal Regulations. This shall include overall accountability for driving the business to successful outcomes both clinically and fiscally. 
Our Center offers: 
  • Short-Term Rehabilitation and Post-Acute Services. 
  • Memory Care. 
  • Independent Senior Living. 
Compensation: $100k-$130K (DOE) 
Expected schedule:  
  • In the facility – M-F 
Overall Responsibilities: 
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities. 
  • Assure that all procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. 
  • Directly supervise employees and instruct staff providing in-service training to promote job knowledge. 
  • Development, maintenance and implementation of the facility's Quality Assurance and Safety programs with the participation of all departments. 
  • Identify problems, develop and implement solutions. 
  • Prepare and maintain the facility to ensure successful surveys. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 
  • Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator’s License and/or Administrators temporary license. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration &/or Healthcare Management. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Long Term Care &/or Skilled Nursing. 
  • Experience operating a large facility. 
  • Skilled/experienced in marketing to hospitals for census development. 
  • Positive personality for engaging employees, residents, and families.
  • Familiarity with memory care and behavioral health (preferred but not required) 
  • Familiarity with in-house dialysis. (preferred but not required)
