Job Summary: The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) will be rsponsible for overseeing mulitple facilities throuhgout thier assigned region, providing overshight and support to the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to finance and budgets, regulatory compliance, census, staffing and more. 

Essential Duties: 

• Oversee facility operations in all departments and provide leadership to Administrators at all assigned facilities in region. 
• Responsbile for monitoring revenue, budgets, census for facility. 
• Provide leadership and guidance to facility management in a supportive and effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Must have at least 5 years experience in a Regional Operations management role. 
• 5 years or more in LTC industry preferred.
• Must possess an unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator licence in the state of IL.
