As a Human Resources Director you are instrumental in shaping the culture of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at The Grove of Evanston by overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department, assisting department managers with all aspects of personnel matters, processing facility payroll, pre-screening and on-boarding all facility new hires and maintaining positive employee engagement. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field and two (2) years of experience in a H.R. role, preferably in a health care setting. Five (5) years of prior Human Resources Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and PHR or SPHR certification is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
