Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Consultants to support recruitment and sourcing activities, including posting and coordinating requisitions, screening and routing candidates, sourcing talent pools and silver medalists, and supporting pre- and post-offer processes. Prepares reports relating to recruitment activity and identifies and participates in policy and program development in collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities:
Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Consultants to support recruitment and sourcing activities
Maintains a high level of communication with the appropriate talent acquisition partner, hiring manager, and members of the hiring team regarding recruitment activities
Assists with reviewing, correcting and posting requisitions.
Monitors applicant activity and adjusts sourcing as necessary.
Combines or re-posts requisitions as needed to streamline openings.
Conducts preliminary screening and provides feedback to management about applications
Assists with reviewing all verifications and checks; escalates for further review as needed
Assists with offer process and new hire tasks to ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Participates in improvement project work to support version upgrades and enhancements to our ATS
Assists with documentation of recruitment process and procedures
Actively works toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
Assists and executes on various HR projects
Ensures proper and confidential protection of candidate data, recruiting and hiring practices comply with governmental regulations and company policy and procedure requirements.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Two years of experience working within Talent Acquisition supporting recruiting processes. Demonstrated experience using technology, social media and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, really, Glassdoor, Twitter) and creative techniques to source candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining data/process integrity.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving, collaboration, and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot, think creatively, multi-task.
Effective communicator with multiple levels of the organization and stakeholders, and able to develop professional relationships with employees and management.
Collaborative in a team environment.
Ability to grasp issues quickly and prioritize appropriately.
Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
Ability to work under pressure.
