You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, making customized treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing crisis intervention as needed, and following up with patients to ensure they are receiving appropriate ongoing care. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of clinical experience working with mental health patients as well as a current LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) license. • Determine the status of patients mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff members
• Recommend community services or specialists for patients and family members in need
• Aid with crisis intervention for patients when they are in a state of distress
• Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs
• Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients

• Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills
• Current and unrestricted state license as an LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or equivalent
• Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting
• High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or equivalent; masters degree preferred

• Master's degree in a counseling field
• Independently licensed in the state of Oklahoma
