Job Summary:
The Retention Specialist must strive to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives by helping them achieve financial freedom. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our existing clients. You will be in contact with clients who may be considering canceling or downgrading their services, and your goal will be to address their concerns, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions to retain them as a client.
