Inside Sales Representative

Legacy Building Solutions, located in mid-Minnesota, is the leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing fabric structures. We provide innovative and custom-designed buildings for various industries including military, sports and recreation, aviation, and municipalities. We emphasize a customer-centric approach and are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions with a commitment to high-level service.

We are seeking to hire an Inside Sales Representative for our Sports and Recreation market. This vital role engages prospective customers by responding to inbound sales leads and calls, qualifying their needs, and providing the information to the outside sales representative. The Inside Sales Rep is considered an entry-level role at Legacy and will work primarily from our office with some limited travel. The successful candidate should be self-motivated and customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This role has the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and promptly respond to inbound sales leads, providing information and addressing customer's questions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategy.
  • Stay informed of industry trends.
  • Utilize CRM software to track activity, update customer information, and manage leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Attend trade shows, as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of work history, exposure to inside sales is a plus.
  • Experience with various software including MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional, friendly, and helpful phone demeanor
  • Goal-oriented with a high level of motivation and self-discipline
  • Positive attitude and a sense of humor
  • A natural curiosity for continuous learning
