We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR team of a large and expanding medical organization. This role will create, evaluate, and manage HR strategies to improve employee and organizational functions. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure effective employee relations, talent acquisition, training development, and human capital management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of HR systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong data analysis skills to effectively interpret HR metrics
- Ability to report into the corporate office Monday through Friday
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
