Leeds Professional Resources is Hiring a Corporate receptionist Near Miami, FL

Position is fully onsite in Brickell, FL

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the corporate calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Provide excellent customer support to clients, vendors, and employees
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in calendar management and office software applications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
