Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. This is a key role in our supply chain operations, requiring strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and knowledge of logistics and contract management.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and execute sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs
- Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to ensure quality and reliability
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and conditions
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track inventory levels and optimize procurement activities
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain principles, and procurement best practices
- Proficiency in using Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems for procurement activities
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong supplier relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
