SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS

• 2 years restaurant management experience including hands-on managing FOH/BOH and operations
• Highly motivated with ability to create/sustain an environment focused on passion for extraordinary guest service
• Outgoing and positive personality to engage community and execute local store marketing opportunities
• Operational expertise to achieve company and store objectives for hospitality, quality, P/L, safety and cleanliness
• Ability to develop strong Teams focused on consistently serving the highest quality food with enthusiasm and energy
• Able to pass background screening
