Answer phones and email inquiries
Schedule and dispatch jobs
Order parts
Coordinate and support technicians
Data entry and job updates
Billing and invoicing
Other duties as assigned
Skills:
Bilingual (English, Spanish) a plus
General computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Well organized and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Professional and friendly customer service
Previous appliance or repair industry experience a plus, but not required
Must be a team player
