Overview:

Lee Anderson Couture is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Designer to join our team. As a Technical Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of our fashion products. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and manufacturers to ensure that our designs are translated accurately into finished garments.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers to develop and refine garment prototypes
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and functionality
- Develop detailed technical specifications for production, including measurements, construction details, and materials
- Communicate with manufacturers to address any technical issues or concerns during the production process
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that finished garments meet design specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to fashion design and production

Experience:
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Technical Designer or similar role in the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing methods
- Experience working with sewing machines and other relevant equipment
- Familiarity with product management processes and procedures
- Knowledge of fashion styling principles and techniques is a plus
- Previous experience in theater or costume design is a plus
