Job Summary
We are a hospitality management company supporting all aspects of the hospitality industry including restaurants, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage production and supply companies, and beverage distribution companies, seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Assist with employee scheduling, timekeeping and onboarding
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Assist with human resources tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus
- Experience with budgeting and financial management is preferred
