Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy and organizational skills to assist in day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support including filing, proofreading, and transcribing documents.
- Assist in order entry and maintaining records accurately.
- Coordinate and assist in event planning activities.
- Manage front desk duties such as answering calls and directing inquiries.
- Perform general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Florida Real estate License
-Proficiency in computer applications for data entry and document management.
- Experience in administrative tasks such as filing, transcribing, and proofreading.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is advantageous.
