• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment
• Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance
• Comply with all safety policies
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications of the Machine Maintenance Technician

• Mechanical aptitude
• Prior machine operation/manufacturing experience
• Must have or be willing to obtain a forklift license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of small hand tools
• Ability to read a micrometer and scale
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure
• Self-motivated team player with good communication skills
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand/walk throughout shift
