Project Manager is a professional managerial role that is accountable for inputs that directly impact successful project execution, including realization of projected gross margin and revenue timing. They fulfill their obligations by establishing Work Plans & schedules, maintaining process control via formal project documentation and communications, and working with the project team to ensure adherence to Work Plans and schedules while supporting the customer and/or installer in a technical capacity.
Key Performance Indicators:
Achieve <5% variance between Budget and Actual values for projects
>95% on time delivery of project
Excellent work collaboration with external and internal stake holders
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and delivering projects on time and on budget
Timely execution of Project Intake and Pre-Construction Meetings
Prepare project schedules while following proper processes
Work with project coordinator to maintain proper documentation
Drive the project gross margins
Supervise change proposals, monitor project expenditure and minimize variances
Manage the project Bill of Material, Scope of Work, Install Schedule, project estimates, change orders, RFI, Transmittals, EC negotiations, project QC
Qualifications:
5 years experience in project management in electrical industry
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
