Training:
We invest in you via a robust 13-week training program. In the classroom and the field, our most accomplished sales leaders will take the time to coach and mentor you in direct sales excellence. Cross-selling, referral networking, and benefit package sales are examples of the professional training you will receive. In addition, our new hires start connecting with clients within their first few weeks, allowing them to start building a book of business as soon as possible.
