Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Utilize our CRM to maintain pipeline and contact potential clients
- Meet weekly sales goals
- Virtually meet with applicants who have expressed interest in insurance to address their needs
- Explain options of health plans to potential clients to determine the correct plan for their lifestyle
- Handle private health information in a confidential and sensitive manner

Relationship Manager Qualifications:
- 1 years of Customer Support and/or Sales experience preferred
- Must be local to Knoxville and surrounding areas
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, competitive, strong work ethic, desire to succeed, result driven, and coachable
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to work effectively and autonomously to achieve results in a professional office location
- Willing and able to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License (Required by State of TN)
- Bonus if you possess a degree in business or any related field
