Parts Sales Representative

To work closely with customers (external and internal) by providing technical and sales support based on our customers’ needs. On each transaction, the customer should feel like we have delivered WOW parts support.
Responsibilities:
- Parts support for our service and retail customers by following the 5 Steps to Handling an Incoming Call
- Provide options to our customers based on time requirements. Pricing and freight should be optimized based on the market price.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes
- Provide price and availability of parts to our customers, while asking for the business.
- Upsell customers on related parts or specials
- Manage assigned Top 200 parts customers
- Utilize our vendors to find the parts needed
- Communicate effectively with the parts and warehouse team
- Manage delivery of parts to ensure it meets our promised ETA
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Identify parts that need to be added to stock
- Efficiently navigate our vendor’s websites and technical information
- Warehousing duties as required
Skills Required:
- Journeyman parts ticket
- Previous parts experience
- Strong written and oral communication
- Efficiently use Microsoft Windows
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to utilize the phone efficiently
- Able to multitask and remain focused
- Strong attention to detail
