Position: Behavior Specialist

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor of ARTS or Science degree and has either:
  • Twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or
  • Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
  • Familiarity with Central Reach is a plus.
  • Reliable mode of transportation.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Enjoy interacting with children for stretches of 20 minutes.
  • Physically able to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • RBT or BCAT certification preferred. If not currently certified, Learning ARTS will provide assistance in getting RBT certification.

Employees will also need DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance, TB Clearance and Immunization records (including COVID-19) prior to starting work. Learning ARTS will assist in getting the needed clearances.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
