Social Services Agency seeks Behavior Intervention Specialist 2 to complete functional assessment & develop individualized behavior support plans & staff intervention plans per required format.
Full Time position with an annual salary of $55k.
Responsibilities:
Implement & monitor behavioral data tracking systems.
Complete behavior health plans & documents.
Provide staff training on treatment plans & other related behavioral health topics.
Complete assessment & psychological evaluations.
Engage in individual &/or group treatment.
Coordinate psychological care & behavioral programs with families, medical providers, residential
setting/relevant stakeholders for individual service provision.
Provide crisis intervention & instruct staff on techniques to handle challenging behaviors.
Attend interdisciplinary meetings & provide input particularly on individuals with identified/emerging behavioral challenges.
Maintain service records to ensure quality intervention & regulatory compliance. Performs tasks in compliance with service
provision regulations.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or Human Services field.
Will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or professional credentials determined by an accredited credential evaluation service to be equivalent to a US Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or Human Services field.
