Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Laton, CA. The successful candidate will work in a part-time capacity, providing applied behavior analysis services to a caseload of 20 students ranging from 4 to 14 years old during school hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct and indirect behavior analytic services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement and monitor behavior support plans.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions.
- Provide training and support to school staff and parents.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
- Experience working with a diverse caseload of students.
