WHO IS THE HR ASSISTANT
The HR Assistant provides direct support to Leap's HR Manager. You interface with teammates with warmth and professionalism, navigating both administrative and interpersonal tasks with ease.
This role is an opportunity to be a part of a creative, agency environment and grow your knowledge of the HR discipline. Leap's people operations function is engaged, creative, and fast-paced.

WHERE IS THIS ROLE?
Leap Group has a footprint in the Midwest, with office locations in Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. While this role offers remote flexibility, some in-office time is expected each week, meaning our ideal candidate will be located in or around Louisville, KY.
HOW MUCH DOES IT PAY?
This role will work 20 hours per week, and the hourly range for this position is $15 per hour to $18 per hour.
