Summer Work Program Cohort Facilitator
Position Type: Seasonal, Part-Time Start & End Dates: June 24 - August 15, 2024
Hours: 20 hours total from June 24 to July 4 and 30 hours/week from July 8 to August 15
Availability: Mon-Thurs 9:00am - 4:00pm (in-person); any day(s) you choose 4 hours (virtual)
Pay Range: $25-50 hourly ($45 rate for SPS certified teachers; $50 for LPS certified teachers)
Location: LEAP Salem office from June 24 to July 4 and Salem State Univ. from July 8 to August 15
Department: Career Services Reports To: SWP Coordinator

ABOUT SUMMER WORK PROGRAM
LEAP’s Summer Work Program is a 6-week program for students aged 14-19 to get early job experience, explore their interests, learn how to set goals, and build their long-term career readiness skills.
Program Goals:
JOB SUMMARY
Foster a sense of community and provide personalized case-managment for an assigned cohort of students throughout the summer program. Facilitators are responsible for ensuring all students in their cohort are on track for meeting the program goals and have the resources and support they need to be successful.
