On average, an experienced real estate agent conducts 8 transactions annually.

Our challenge, however, is unique. We possess the leads, systems, methodologies, tools, and mentorship necessary to empower our first-year agents to achieve earnings of $150,000, should they commit to the effort required. The issue we face is finding individuals who are prepared to put in the necessary work. Achieving mastery demands dedication, approximately 10,000 hours, and many enter the field with misconceptions fueled by shows like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset, expecting to deal in luxury properties from the outset. This is not our reality. If such expectations align with your reasons for entering the real estate sector, our team may not be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities

We're looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the people who want to make a difference in people's lives. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a $400,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing.
