About the job:

The School Campus Coordinator is a key role responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging environment at our educational institution. This role requires an organized, proactive, and collaborative individual who can effectively coordinate multiple aspects of school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Management: Maintain campus safety through regular protocol checks and updates.
Event Planning: Organize and oversee all campus events.
Teacher Scheduling: Work with faculty to optimize the teacher schedule.
Financial Management: Manage invoicing and billing for select programs.
Facilities Coordination: Oversee campus facilities, supplies, and room arrangements.
Operational Tasks: Handle daily opening/closing procedures of the school.
Internal Communication: Facilitate coordination and communication across different departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Prior administrative experience, preferably in education.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient with Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
