Long-Term Care RN – Skilled Nursing Facility

As a contract RN on our long-term care team, you’ll experience a change of scenery (which we know helps with burnout) while sharpening your clinical skillset and receive competitive pay.
We’re currently looking for a local Registered Nurse (RN) who is willing to commit to a 30-day contract in Ohio.
When you join the LeaderStat team, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment.
Job Duties

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized care plans for residents
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Taking and monitoring vital signs
• Administering medications
• Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Providing companionship and comfort to all residents

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting (skilled nursing facility, assisted living, etc.)
• Active RN license in Ohio
• Possess empathy and passion for serving others
• Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members
• Up-to-date certifications/compliance:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Two-step TB test
  • Physical exam within the last 12 months

Pay Rate per Hour: $40-$45
Total Gross Pay Weekly: $1,600- $1,800
