Your Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
Monitor residents' health conditions, record vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere, promoting a sense of security and trust among residents.
Provide emotional support to residents and their families, creating a caring and compassionate environment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.
Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure resident safety and adherence to regulations.

Requirements:

Valid and current RN/LPN license in the state of Ohio.
A genuine passion for senior care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with residents and their families.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a harmonious and supportive work environment.

Experience in a senior care facility or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required – new graduates are welcome!
