About the Role

As an Account Director (Associate – Senior level), you will be an essential part of our Front Office Team, working with client verticals to engage customers, present new and innovative use cases to overcome challenges, and win renewal business and/or expand the utility of Leadership Connect solutions. You will take ownership of client interactions, both with new and returning businesses, with a strong focus on a solutions-oriented mindset to meet the needs of our clients.

Core Functions of the Role:

  • Grow your assigned vertical and support existing clients by building relationships with end users and top decision-makers
  • Engage with executive leaders to discuss business-relevant solutions and effectively communicate the product benefits and advantages relative to competitor offerings
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with client success team members
  • Become a subject matter expert in your prospect's industry through research, consult with clients to understand their relationship development strategies, and identify areas where Leadership Connect can help
  • Provide appropriate solutions for every customer, highlighting Leadership Connects ability to add speed, efficiency, and accuracy to their work, ultimately boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability
About You:
  • Results-driven and competitive, with a track record of actively seeking out and engaging customers, achieving renewals, cross-sells, upsells, and exceeding quotas
  • Strong sales and account management experience
  • Success in leading in-person meetings with senior executives
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand how our clients develop relationships for influence and business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to handle a large number of client relationships
  • A team player mindset, willing to contribute and support both clients and the company wherever necessary
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can actively contribute to the development and implementation of new processes

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
