In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring every household in your designated area has access to dependable internet. Instead of traditional sales tactics, you'll engage with residents in a meaningful way, understanding their connectivity needs and tailoring solutions to match.

Responsibilities:

Engage with community members to understand their internet needs and provide tailored solutions

Facilitate service activation and ensure smooth billing processes

Conduct follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and address any concerns

Qualifications:

Strong commitment to connecting people through reliable internet access

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to adapt to various community settings and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Self-driven with a passion for making a positive impact

Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous sales or customer service experience

Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Basic understanding of fiber internet technology

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred

While familiarity with fiber internet is advantageous, it's not a mandatory requirement

Compensation:

Hourly Base pay Commission-based pay structure
