LE186 Desert Environmental LLC is Hiring a Remote Sales Representative

This position will be with Desert Environmental, LLC, an affiliate of WaterBridge Operating, LLC. Summary of Position: The Sales Representative will prospect new business while providing excellent customer service and retention skills to maintain an existing book of business. Utilizing a consultative selling approach, the Sales Representative matches prospect’s needs to Desert Environmental services and aims to secure long-term partnerships. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: The following represents most of the duties performed by the position but is not meant to be all-inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. Employees are expected to comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety rules and standards, as well as corporate policies. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: Selling waste removal and disposal services. Assessing credit limits. Collecting on waste and disposal services. Monitoring and reviewing accounts as they hit 30, 60, 90 days. Preparing bids, weekly call reports and calling new and existing customers. Interacting with customers, non-profit, and business associations. Gathering contract expiration dates, documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service. Conducting all business activities in accordance with health and safety policies and legal compliance requirements; and brings problems to the attention of the supervisor, superintendent, and/or HSE. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3 years outside Field Sales experience. Business-to-business (B2B) experience preferred. Have a valid driver’s license. Have waste industry or environmental experience preferred. Have the ability to manage time effectively. Have excellent communication and organizational skills. Be computer literate (Microsoft office with Excel experience). Working Conditions/Environment: Operates in a field environment. Sales calls Onsite visits to customer sites Frequent driving Position Type: This is a full-time position.
